Hello, I’m Amber

I am a Certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach specializing in women’s health, hormones, and fertility. I have a Masters of Education and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I merge the knowledge of my behavioral science background and holistic health to help women make sustainable changes and heal themselves from the inside out.  I work to help women find the root cause of their hormone imbalances, improve their fertility, create balance in their lives and in their bodies and achieve their goals through sustainable behavior change.

How will a holistic health coach help me?

"There are many reasons why it is beneficial for one to see a health coach and I am here to tell you why. Not only can a health coach address your specific needs and help you to make the right sustainable changes, a health coach will also help guide you and hold you accountable in making these changes providing you with a safe space to work through your goals.

Here are five ways I can support you as your health coach:

  1. ROOT CAUSES: Wellness is much more than the food you eat and the exercise you partake in. Many people engage in healthy habits but still feel unwell.  A health coach can help to find and change  the things that are impairing your health, including your home life, education, lifestyle practices, spirituality, stress management, and much more. As a health coach I help you get to the root causes of what may be holding you back and how you can overcome those barriers. I work to help heal you from the inside out and not just provide a Band-Aid. We will work to find the “why” behind what you are struggling with and I will provide support and guidance in getting you there.

  2. MOTIVATION: As a health coach I will also provide accountability. It can be hard and stressful to make these lifestyle changes on your own. I am your biggest cheerleader when it comes to making these changes. I will be a positive reinforcement as we have check-ins to keep you moving forward and closer to meeting your goals. We will come up with small, attainable goals that will be achievable and I will help build motivation to reach and conquer these goals.

  3. PERSONALIZATION: I can help you navigate these new waters and learn what works best for you. Health is not a one size fits all program. We are all bio-individual and each of us work differently and get to the end goal in our own individual way. As a health coach, I will help guide you in finding the best path for you to take to achieve your goals.

  4. PSYCHOLOGY: Many people hire health coaches even when they “know what they should do.” Our work together is to understand your barriers, your behaviors, and  to come up with specific goals tailored just for you \l. No one wellness plan is the same!

  5. CONFIDENCE: I will also help to build your confidence so that you can wake up daily knowing exactly what you need to do to live your best life and overcome whatever wellness challenges you are facing. I am in the business of working myself out of job and helping you to be the most confident version of you!

As a health coach, I strive to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and what your goals are, find your personal motivations and what keeps you moving forward, identify and overcome challenges you may face, and provide you with information and resources to move you closer to your goals and build daily confidence to help you get there. "
