I am a practitioner of women health who's taken a journey through naturopathy and feminine embodiment schools so that I could offer you personalized and supportive help in your journey to achieve the health and wellness you desire. I believe in compassionate care and respectfully asking your body what's here now for us to work with.

As women, we understand the complexity of our spiritual, hormonal, emotional, and physical being, which is pressured by modern expectations. We are burned out, traumatized, lost and dissociated from our true feelings. I believe the soft, feminine side of ourselves is where we rest and heal. I believe in sacredness, intention, ceremony, and honoring emotions. I believe I have been called to help you be whole, healthy, happy, and available in your beautiful feminine self to your family, friends and community.

Services
As a licensed women's health practitioner I can see you for preventative health screening visits. This annual gyn exam typically includes breast exam, optional pelvic exam, evaluation of vaginal health, pap collection, basic bloodwork, etc... but all components are optional and you are in charge of your visit. This visit type is only currently offered in-person in Decatur, GA.
My holistic model of support for optimal conception is for any woman in preconception planning or infertility struggles. As a holistic hormone practitioner with many years working in reproductive health, I can help you support ovulation, optimal egg and sperm health, detox, nutrition, and the energetics of being a fertile female ready to conceive. For women in Atlanta, I am a resource of information on pregnancy care and birth options.
As a complement to your prenatal care team, I am here for your holistic needs in pregnancy. I provide pregnancy coaching and naturopathic support. I am also referred to a lot to help breech babies flip. I am no longer providing homebirth midwifery services after 2024.
For women transitioning through the release of the reproductive years and the welcoming of the years of wisdom, I am here to support your journey, including the emotional and hormonal changes. Alongside supporting cellular energy, brain health, and hormonal vibrance, I help women find what this next phase of life means to them so they can be their true selves.
Nourishment is a foundation of each of our body's health. I have transitioned to solo practice so no longer have a staff nutritionist and health coach. For some clients, we work on gut health and allergies and weight loss, but I believe that most women have relationships with food and eating that are complexly rooted in how we feel, so my approach is to involve that journey so that you feel alive and eat in response to how you feel.
One of the most powerful tools I can bring to you to support your journey is that of embodiment coaching. It is transformative in a soft and beautiful way. The layers inside you are what hold you back and also make you feel alive. When I did my feminine embodiment coaching program, I discovered the depths of femininity in myself as both soft and receiving and also wild and free. I'd love for you to have this transformation also.
